Originally bought for £100,000.£50,000 spent on it while we've had it.
Asking for £80,000 as it has been maintained to a commercial standard.
It has been taken back to bare metal from the gunnel down, 2 pack epoxy primed, with epoxy fixed on top.
Has been MCA licensed during the entire time we've had it, and has been out for a survey every couple of years.
Comes with a 7 1/2 KVA generator, quite new and was installed professionally.
The MCA are doing away with gas systems on boats, so we were looking to convert to induction hobs, otherwise it's a double oven with double ring and a commercial sized cooker, as well as having a microwave, dishwasher and double sink.
Has two toilets, one being fairly large and has the potential to be converted into an en suite.
Has stainless steel window frames and double glazed windows.
New oak doors.
The roof at the back of the boat has been cut open, with bolt on panels made, all done professionally, to allow easy access to be engines, which are twin Ford 4 cylinders, all maintained and have just been winterised.
It is 12 foot wide and 65 feet long, and cost the same price to moor as a 65 foot long by 6 foot 10 inches wide
It can have a mooring within the harbour, if it goes as a leisure boat it will need a new boat safety certificate (you could then keep the gas system)
It has the potential to be done as a residential. To get a residential mooring you would be put on a waiting list and would be given a leisure mooring during it, providing you have a new boat safety certificate.
It will need some work done, such as some paint on the topside of the boat, but it has the potential to be residential, commercial, a restaurant, however you want to put your mark on it, and comes well equipped to do so.
The reasons for selling is due to a reevaluation of the direction that we wish to take the business.
For the boat to be kept commercial it would need to be inspected by the MCA before the end of January or it loses the ability to be licensed as a passenger vessel.
Everything on the boat is of a industrial and commercial scale, originally built by John Dudfy Marine, it has been kept up to a commercial standard and has been MCA licensed throughout her life, so we are pretty firm on selling for £80,000.
